Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends / holidays ship the next business day.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping
All peptide products are shipped in insulated packaging with gel cold packs when ambient temperatures exceed safe thresholds. Products that require frozen storage (-20°C) are shipped with dry ice via overnight or 2-day services during warm months.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. Certain products may have shipping restrictions in specific states — you will be notified at checkout if a restriction applies to your order.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you within 2 hours of shipment. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.
Delivery Issues
If a package is lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered within the estimated window plus 3 additional business days, contact us at support@ruepeptides.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order.
